SuavoWorld.com accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email expect to receive your order 3-5 working days after. However due to Covid our couriers are having service delays which may effect the speed of your delivery. Rest assured they’re doing everything they can to get your orders to you in a timely manner.. All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom, via Royal Mail. SuavoWorld.com ships UK Mainland as well as International shipping and follows the standard methods available by Royal Mail.
Order Changes and Cancellations
You can request an order change or cancellation by contacting our customer support team via email. Please include your order number in the subject line. Your order will be on hold until our Customer Care team can review your request.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return all UNWORN, UNDAMAGED items within 10 working days of purchase date. Items must be returned in their original condition, with their original tags and no evidence of stains or odours. Any item(s) returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Suavo World.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us. Returns should be shipped with a service which provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not liable for delayed or lost parcels. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the item(s) returned.
Please note we do not offer free returns. Shipping is not covered on refunds. In the event that an order is incorrect or faulty please feel free to contact us.
